Our mission is to make legal services easily accessible and to associate them positively. We want to “disenchant” the legal services market from all negative associations. The main goal of our law firm is to make your life easier, not harder, by adding to your worries.

However, this does not mean that we want to promise you the lowest legal service rates available on the market. Remember that price always corresponds to quality. Quality things cannot be cheap. Our goal is that when you choose legal services, you should not be motivated by fear, but by the desire to receive a quality service. We do not want to compete on price alone – we want clients to choose us because of the quality of our service, but also because of trust and mutual loyalty.

To start with, we offer clear information about our remuneration and, if it is not possible to determine it in advance, clear rules for calculating it. We want to put you in control of the process. We will take care of the rest.

We approach each case with an open mind, but also with a degree of curiosity in finding a solution to the legal problem presented. We believe that this allows us to deliver a legal service directed towards achieving high efficiency.

Each case entrusted to us is different and requires finding an individual solution. Patryk Osuchowski

In 2022, I obtained my law degree, and I am currently a trainee legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

I gained my professional experience by working with people from various industries, and above all through more than seven years of work at the public prosecutor’s office.

Thanks to the experience I have gained so far, including knowledge of how courts, the public prosecutor’s office and other institutions involved in criminal proceedings operate, in my work I often take unconventional measures in order to represent my Clients effectively.

From the moment I first encountered law, my passion has been criminal law in the broad sense. In this field, the development of my knowledge and professional experience took place during the years I spent working at the public prosecutor’s office. Apart from that, my professional interests revolve around family law and hunting law.

I use the experience and knowledge gained during my studies and my professional work while serving as Deputy President of the District Hunting Court in Radom, which acts as a “disciplinary court” for hunters affiliated with the Radom Regional Board of the Polish Hunting Association.

Privately, I am interested in history, classic cinema and hunting.

I am a trainee advocate at the District Bar Council in Cracow.

In 2022, I graduated from the oldest law faculty in the country – the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. During my studies, I was actively involved in non-governmental organizations dedicated to the protection of human rights and the prevention of discrimination.

I gained professional experience in Cracow-based law firms providing ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs. I have worked with people from various industries, offering legal assistance both in law firms and as an in-house lawyer.

My professional experience allows me to approach legal issues from a broader perspective, enabling me to act effectively and seek appropriate – including unconventional – solutions.

I always focus on maintaining close contact with clients, tailoring my approach to their specific needs.

I am fluent in English and I am currently developing my basic knowledge of French.
